Hi Dstevenson92 👋 I can look into this for you. Have you checked you see if this phone has been unlocked remotely? To do this all you have to do is put a non Three SIM into your phone and sync it to iTunes. If this doesn't work can you send me your full name, IMEI number of this phone, address and date of birth so I can access your account?
