I want to get my prepay balance

Prepay customers can check their balance by dialling 1745 and the call button

I need to buy/top up my credit

If you have a top up voucher you can apply it by calling 1744

Retrieving Past Text Messages for Important Use/Mn Legal Act

Hey Guys,

Is it possible for me to retrieve past text messages for Important Use or Minor Legal Action if I contact three. I don't need to conduct this, I just wan't to know if its possible.

 

More Specifically, Can your (Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) e.g. Tesco Mobile, Virgin Media) do this upon Contact?

 

These aren't for personal use and rather for Minor Legal Action.....

Hi there 👋 We wouldn't have a record of the content of your texts, what we would have is the numbers they've been sent to.

Are you sure?

I think the Call Data Records are stored for 3 years (longest in the EU :-) )

and text message content is 6 months

I'm unable to find the article about holding text message content for 6 months. Can you tell me where to find this on the site please?

I found it on an article from Irish Times but it was a few years old.

http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055804022 the guards retrieved the text messages from the phones.

I had a read though this and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the network provider, but with the phone itself. There might be some technology that can retrieve deleted texts from a phone, but we don't store message content of our customers.
