My internet get very slow since yesterday (25 Oct 2017)

After today's consultation with 3 online agents who offered 2 solutions, it keep getting worse. Yesterday was still acceptable but now, even this website is hardly properly loaded. 
I used iPhone5s and tried the following methods:
1. Manually change carrier to 3(3G) then restart.

2. Reset network setting on my phone.

Is there anything you can do? I mean on YOUR side. 

Or if I should try anything else, please kindly suggest.

Hi @Ekapong, we are aware that some customers are having difficulties using their 4G service. We are working to resolve this as a priority and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The internet speed has come back to normal now.
