I want to get my prepay balance

Prepay customers can check their balance by dialling 1745 and the call button

I need to buy/top up my credit

If you have a top up voucher you can apply it by calling 1744

Disappearing credit while roaming

Please help.

I'm in the UK for what started as an illness in the family and has turned into funeral arrangements. On the night of the 15th of May I had ~€27 credit and at 6am I had 0 credit and a text saying I'd spent €420 on data roaming. I've been variously told that it'll be sorted by the evening of the 16th and here's €5 credit to tide me over; that 3 are working on it at the 'back end' and the particular person I was talking to couldn't help; that I have to top up again as the 'old contract' ran out on the 15th; and that I could only solve this by calling 1913 (try that from abroad with no credit).

I'm having a nightmare week and 3 are completely failing me. I can't stay indoors all day on WiFi and it takes forever for anyone to answer a chat, a conversation is impossible. Then when I reconnect it's a new agent and I have to start all over again. 😠
