I'm in the UK for what started as an illness in the family and has turned into funeral arrangements. On the night of the 15th of May I had ~€27 credit and at 6am I had 0 credit and a text saying I'd spent €420 on data roaming. I've been variously told that it'll be sorted by the evening of the 16th and here's €5 credit to tide me over; that 3 are working on it at the 'back end' and the particular person I was talking to couldn't help; that I have to top up again as the 'old contract' ran out on the 15th; and that I could only solve this by calling 1913 (try that from abroad with no credit).
I'm having a nightmare week and 3 are completely failing me. I can't stay indoors all day on WiFi and it takes forever for anyone to answer a chat, a conversation is impossible. Then when I reconnect it's a new agent and I have to start all over again. 😠
