Why not use our freephone number 1913 and choose the option for billing and payments

I need to check whether I am due an upgrade

Dial 1913 and follow the option for upgrades

Where can I request a PUK code

It's 1913 and follow the option for technical support

Prepay customer?

I want to get my prepay balance

Prepay customers can check their balance by dialling 1745 and the call button

I need to buy/top up my credit

If you have a top up voucher you can apply it by calling 1744

That's good to hear.  My own experience is that the Tech Team seem to work much quicker once COMREG get involved!

do we need new sim cards? getting same crap again. a customer support agent haad to apply my addon before. i will not be requesting that everytime i want to purchase an addon. i have 2 accounts that have this same problem

BTW we have reached 200 DAYS  since this was first reported and No FIX yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For Crying out loud @Three_Karen the man wants to use the service which is STILL unavailable after 201 days since it was highlighted here and which hasnt worked for at least two years.
