This has been going on since Saturday and despite all the talk of PM's nothing has been done, (other than asking stupid questions to waste time). Does it really take Three that long to communicate with a customer, why the service they are paying for is not being provided. Why hide behind the PM either fix it and announce it is fixed or admit that it is a terrible unreliable service that you are offering in the Falcarragh area.

Have you tried this in different areas and it hasn't worked anywhere? I can see your using an unregistered pre-pay account. Can you PM 2 recently (in the last week) dialled/text numbers and also the last time you topped up with the amount please? Also are you using this SIM in a modem?
