I'm on a prepay €20 unlimited mobile data package. Earlier today (11/10) I topped up by €20 as I had run out of credit but I still had mobile data. Following the top up I could use my mobile data for a few hours. Now I have no connection to the internet when using my mobile data. I have been using my data more regularly than usual because my home broadband currently has an intermittent fault, but I only topped up today so data usage shouldn't be an issue. Please help.
