My wife was with three for a few years. She upgraded to an iPhone 5s in 2014 with Three. This year she left Three and before she did she requested the unlock for the iPhone. Doing online didn't work as it came back that the details did not match. She then filled out a form and yet again was told that the details Three have do not match the details of her phone. She can't understand this since it was purchased in the Three store in Galway on Shop Street. At one stage when checking out information in the Tree store in the Galway Shopping Center she saw the details of the phone on the agents computer screen. She can't try the online unlock as she is now with Vodafone using iPhone 7s Plus.
She would like to have the iPhone 5s unlocked but no joy with support.
Can someone please help.
