I won't change my mind. You have had ample time and opportunity to resolve
this issue for me and many others affected by the same problem. Yet here we
are a couple of years down the road and you like colleagues before you
still want me to send you a PM so that you can "look into it". It is truly
pathetic. Like others I have had enough of 3. Your online service simply is
not fit for any purpose other than taking and keeping money from
long--suffering customers. If you consider this acceptable then you and 3
are obviously well-suited to each other. Regards. Steve

Like this Issue with the LOGON to MY3 THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL ISSUE. Still Not Working.............................................For past two years but for the sake of seeing how long it takes to get sorted we shall start the clock at when the issue was first raised on the forum and see how long it takes to get fixed.

You do not require my details in order to fix a website problem

If I was the only one having this problem then by all means you can have my details BUT since this is a website issue and many other people are compaining then NO you do not need my details.

This issue has been consistently unavailable for at least two years and I am only highlighting it from the time it was first raised on this forum.

As there is a problem with this function on YOUR website then either explain it to customers or remove the function from the website altogether ..............................................At least then you might get some respect and avoid **Bleep** customers off...................................... And I mean CUSTOMERS .......................................Something you require to stay in business................... Albeit they may be an inconvienent part of the business.

Of course it's not working! Three considers this entirely normal. After all, why should they let you do something with the money you give them? It's THEIR money! Have been trying to buy add-on with residual credit so that can finally consign Three to the rubbish bin where they belong. But, yes, you've got it, there is still "a problem" that they "know about" and are "trying hard" to fix or the "service is currently unavailable, try again later". Deja vu, mes amis. Same message as last year and ever since. Conclusion: Three doesn't give a hoot about you but they do like your cash. Probably staffed by failed civil servants. Great example of a provider that hates the inconvenience of customers. Tried a live chat for "instant help" but got on-line message that the waiting time for an agent was almost 23 minutes. Any sane person would realise that if this long-running problem cannot be solved then this function should be removed from the website. Welcome to Three.ie - the lunatic asylum of the mobile world.
