I switched my to current bill plan type back in May and have yet to receive a closing balance for moneys owed on the previous account.
Can someone contact/ PM me please regarding this?
I've always paid my bill on time and don't want this impacting on my credit score!!!

I closed my bill pay account and opened a prepay account. I have EUR 3.23 on my old account. Could you transfer that credit to my prepay account?
