Last week I contacted three live chat to deal with a roaming issue when abroad. The tech assistant was eventually able to fix my issue and then told me that I was eligible for an upgrade (I was) and that he would give me €100 off the upgrade price. I agreed to this and my new phone was waiting for me when I arrived home. So that's all good. However my bill states that I was not given the €100 discount as promised and to be honest I would not have upgraded without it. How can I go about getting the promised discount? I have the live chat transcript as proof.
