I just received information today that my bill has increased in price. I was told that I was made aware of this via a letter sent to my home, however, I did not receive this letter. I was out of the country for 2 weeks during this period and this may be why I did not receive it. I did not agree to this price increase but I just keep getting told that there's nothing that can be done because I missed the cancellation window, I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THERE WAS ONE UNTIL NOW!
Is there anything I can do? I refuse to pay the increase for no benefit to me.
