Prepay customer?

I want to get my prepay balance

Prepay customers can check their balance by dialling 1745 and the call button

I need to buy/top up my credit

If you have a top up voucher you can apply it by calling 1744

Text message issue

I got a new Samsung galaxy S5 a few weeks ago. I recently became aware that some text messages are not being received. They are delivered in the status. When I resend the messages, they were received. Now I have no way of knowing if my messages are being received.

Any ideas?

@sonas have you noticed this with all networks or specific numbers? Is it possible that they could have had no service when you sent them?

Thanks Karen. It's too much of a coincidence that 3 messages sent over a
week on a new phone would not be delivered as they had no service. The
message would be delivered anyway as soon as they got signal back. I only
discovered the messages had not been received when 1 or more days had
passed. For one of the recipients, we had been texting over and back a few
times that day. One message in the middle of them had not been received by
her; she got them both before and after one particular text. It had no
special characters or emojis; just all text. There is no logic to the
problem that I can make out!

Are your calls and data OK? Has this happened with 3 recipients? Are they also on the Three network?

Calls and data are ok. I only know 1 is definitely on the 3 network; I
don't know about the other two. Do you think it's a network problem?

If everything else is working OK and it has been a few random texts it's hard to tell. Can you monitor it for the next few days, and if it happens again pop back to us here and we can look into this further?
