Ordering online is easy and convenient. Below, we’ve outlined some information about creating an online order, your delivery options and how to track your order.
Once you’ve completed the online application form for a bill pay phone or a broadband modem, the information is then sent for processing. In some cases you may be contacted by email or phone to provide more documentation or information where needed.
Processing Your Application
If your order is placed before 4pm, we aim to respond within the same day. If you meet our service criteria, the application will be approved and your order will be sent for delivery ASAP. In some cases a deposit may be required. The deposit must be paid before the application can be processed and is then applied as credit to your Three account after your sixth bill is paid.
From time to time, applications don’t meet our service criteria and are unsuccessful.
Keeping Your Number
If you’re moving from another Irish network provider and have an existing number you want to keep, that’s no problem. See here for more information on keeping your number with Three.
You can choose to have your order delivered, or you can collect from a 3Store, by selecting ‘Store Collection’ (see Click and Collect below). Delivery within the ROI is free of charge.
Phones and broadband modems are delivered next working day if your application has been approved by 4pm that day. If it’s after 4pm when the application is approved, the device will be delivered within 2 working days (a courier will require you to sign for the delivery). SIMs and broadband sticks are sent by standard post and may take 1-3 working days, and do not require a signature.
Click and Collect
If you’ve purchased online (or by phone) you can choose to collect from certain Three Store by selecting ‘Store Collection’. In some cases Click and Collect will not be available for your order and so this option won’t appear.
You will be notified by email when the phone is available in store. Please bring your order reference number. In the case of Bill Pay applications, please bring the same proof of ID and proof of address provided in your online application.
