Your Voicemail greeting is the message that people hear before they leave a message.
Dial 171, option 3 from your mobile phone to change or delete it. You can record different types of greetings that callers will hear when you don’t answer your phone.
For example, if someone calls you and you press the ‘end call’ button, you can set it up so they hear a different message than if they had called and your phone was switched off. All these settings can be changed by dialling 171, option 3 from your phone and following the simple instructions.
How do I listen to my Voicemail on another phone or while roaming?
Dial your mobile number with a 5 after the prefix from a landline or another mobile to access your Voicemail.
If your number is 0831234567 you would dial 08351234567. You’ll be asked for your phone number and PIN for access to the voicemail mailbox.
You may be charged more than usual to call your Voicemail when you are abroad. You may also be charged if someone leaves you a message.
